We are part of two Sotheby's International Realty offices on the North Shore. Our Edgemont Village location puts us in the heart of our specialized area, The Edgemont/Handsworth Catchment, located at 3164 Edgemont Boulevard. We also do business out of our West Vancouver office, currently receiving the finishing touches to a major renovation. Sotheby's took over the old Soltaire restaurant space, located at 15th and Bellevue in Ambleside. Between the two offices, we are able to cover both the North and the West Vancouver real estate markets with two outstanding home bases.
